I have dreams about the past like things from when I was a baby and before I was even born and my ex boyfriend can tell my dreams and gets sick when I do what does this mean?

Dreams are generated by the subconscious mind. Although uncommon, it would not be impossible for the subconscious mind to construct dream images from distant memories of infancy or pre-birth. However, it is more likely that these images are drawn from family photos or stories told by parents and grandparents. The comment about the ex boyfriend getting sick is not clear and his illnes is not likely to be directly related to any dreams.
