Does the post office offer bulk discounts on stamps?

Depending on if the group sending it is doing it individually or in the name of a company. Companies in general get better discounts as they will always be shipping letters out and will be frequent customers, but individuals selling in bulk are less likely for a discount because they will probably make a bulk shipping very rarely. Its all in the name of profit.
