Can you remove the affix you put on a horse that someone else owns now?

No because if you put it on it has to be your horse... But if you click on my affix's and see the horses in it, you can try. It is worth a shot but I tried a while back before all the improvements and it didn't work. By the way I really don't like the new howrse how you have to use passes for aging points. :(
