How does the hydrosphere work with atmosphere?

The hydrosphere is right above the atmosphere, and it doesn't really do much except make clouds. The thing that helps make clouds is:

- the temperatures in that area

-mixed with the water vapor that evaporates from earth's oceans, rivers, and lakes.
