What size is a good size bra for an elven year old?

Age doesn't determine your bra size, e.g.

I'm 11 and I'm a 32c however my friend which it 12 is only a 30aa but her mom is flat chested unlike mine. so i don't know weather it is genetics or fate. x :) hoped that helps. x
