Who is Jill Costello?

Jillian Costello was an American athlete and activist against lung cancer. Jill lead the California Golden Bears crew while fighting against stage IV lung cancer. She raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for lung cancer research, but passed away from lung cancer herself at the age of 22 years old.
