Where is fuse box in a 1999 Subaru Forester?

In a 1999 Subaru Forester, the fuse box is located under the dashboard on the driver's side. You can find it by looking to the left of the steering column, near the brake pedal. There is also a secondary fuse box located in the engine compartment, near the battery.
