Can a non citizen still fly in the US?

Currently only U.S. Citizens are allowed to train as Naval Aviators.

Though the Navy does have some positions open for Foreign Nationals (Filipinos, etc.), they are typically limited to support roles due to the Security Clearance requirements for most advanced Enlisted Technical ratings and Officer roles.
