Why do earthquakes and val-canoes occur at plate boundaries?

Earthquakes and volcanoes occur at plate boundaries due to the movement and interaction of tectonic plates. When plates collide, pull apart, or slide past each other, stress builds up, leading to seismic activity and earthquakes. Additionally, subduction zones, where one plate is forced beneath another, can cause magma to rise and result in volcanic activity.
