no! all of our cells are Eukaryotic (EU! are made of cells that have DNA)
the DNA in your body is found in every single one of your cells, but some characteristics are not shown (they are turned off)
but they are still there!
for example:

a person who has blonde hair might carry the gene for red hair, even though they don't have any red hairs visible on their body!
