Do some research about the company and the position before you apply. Be truthful but also brief. What DO you expect to gain (besides money) by working there? Do they offer any training? Find out the differences between this company and their competitors, and see what those differences will mean to your career. Don't give an answer that sounds like you're kissing up though. It's just a conversation starting question, they're trying to find out why you want to work there, beyond just the money.
