What should an 11 year old where with a pencil skirt?

11 is the age where children mature, grow and slowly open the gates to the teenage life. I am currently 11 years old in grade 6, so I know a thing or two about popular clohes. Of course, in my school, there are the popular kids. The popular kids always wear skinny jeans [are soo in right now], Aeropostale, hollister, abercrombie and abercrombie & fitch. These stores are a great start to popularity but I also like to wear clothes from the H&M 9-14 yr. section, XS clothes from Garage and very few clothes from the Gap and Old Navy. Also, I buy my earrings and scarfs from Ardene and little other accesories from Claire's. I hope this helped.
