Where can one find free legal divorce forms?

Where you find legal forms depends on where you live. Most court clerks have forms available, but you have to check with the clerk first, and then go to the courthouse to pick them up.

Most states have at least some forms available online for download; some are in statewide databases, some are by county, some are from individual courts. They are the official forms used by the courts, and they're nearly always free.
