How do you possess people?

there is only one way to posses a person and that one way means you must be a ghost in between the worlds of the living and the dead. if you can get into that possion all you do is put your hands round the person you are going to posses and conect your minds... and presto! but if you want to get out all you do is disconnect your minds and the person forgets everything.
