YES. Rape and sexual assault are still rape and sexual assault, regardless of who was drinking and how much they were drinking. No means no. Just because your attacker was drinking does not mean they have the right to sexually assault you. Contact a trusted relative, police, or your doctor immediately and tell them when and where the attack occured, and the identity of your attacker.
