Yes it is, but why would you? It's ignorance and fear of bees. Read about them. Without bees there would be no pollination and without that there would be no grown foods. Nostradamus said that when all the bees were gone it would be the end of time. Find a beekeeper to remove the bees. Bees are not dangerous unless you accidentally step on one. I've had bees crawl on me when I've been gardening and I don't discourage them from being around my flower beds In fact, when I plan my garden I find plants that attract bees like the Spanish Lavender to get the bee population rejuvenated again. Scientists are concerned and at a loss regarding so many dead bees. Beekeepers are going to their hives and finding hundreds of dead bees, yet they don't know what is causing it. Get the beekeeper (he/she will charge you nothing and be happy to get the beehive.)
