How do you install serpentine belt on 1997 Oldsmobile regency?

it is easy just find the belt tensioner and put a socket wrench on it and push it down and the belt will be loose just pull of the belt off and then put the new belt on the pulleys the correct eat there should be a diagram on the top of the radiator if it is not there then you need to remember what the belt you took off looked like take picture with your camera phone. If you do not know what a belt tensioner is go to autozone.comand look at the picture then find itbon your engine that's it Good Luck. The belt goes through the front left side motor mount.
