You took a urine test but used clean urine but you smoked some marijuana and think a couple of drops got into the large amount of clean urine will this still show up?

If it is a home test, the little bit of urine wouldn't count much because it is diluted in the other urine. At-home-kits only detect a THC level of +20. Same with clinic tests. Therefore I don't think it would matter; a clinical test or not.

2-3 drops of urine (+THC) mixed with full cup (-THC)= THC level +0.5-5.0.

Needs to be (+)20+ to detect.

It doesn't matter, but, there's a slight chance I could be wrong.
