How do you fix a cell phone that doesn't vibrate?

First let me tell you that ''charger port'' is where you plug your charger into the phone.That's a really easy process, The chips on the charger port sometime go out of their place, so If your charger plug does not touch these chips, it will not charge you phone. Use a needle and try to get these chips closer to each one, that way when you plug your charger into the phone, it will touch these chips and will charge you phone. you can do this fix through the charger port from outside of your phone.Also, your charger port could be bad and that will require a charger port replacement.To replace charger port on a cell phone you will need soldering kit, microscope, cell phone opening kit, cell phone assembly stick.If you are wondering! you do you need a microscope for this process?
