Why throwing trash is not good?

Because the earth has a limited supply of Natural Resources ! As a simple example - if we use up all the trees - not only will we have no more paper - but there would be less oxygen to breathe.

Additionally, simply throwing rubbish into land-fill sites doesn't do any good for the surrounding area. Lots of stuff we throw away rots, releasing harmful gasses and chemicals into the surrounding land.
