Yes. Freedom of Speech does not exist in Fiji for now. Freedom to assemble and protest needs approval from the Minisry of Information. Freedom of Press/Media is controlled by a government censor who controls what can be printed to be news and what can be said to tv and radio. Anything against the current regime, anything negative is erased and not reported to the people. Fijians wil go to election around October, 2014 to elect yet another Prime Minister.
