How do you send pictures from your email to bluetooth on your phone?

first save the pic to a folder somewhere, anywhere. then in the notification area right click on the bluetooth icon and then click send a file. then it will ask you to select your phone, then it asks you for the file you want to send, select the file, click next and you ready to go!!
