What is G1 P0101?

This represents a woman who has been pregnant once in the past (G= total number of pregnancies), and delivered one infant (still living) at term.

P, from left to right is "# infants delivered at term, # infants delivered pre-term- (ie, at 20 wks gestation but less than 37), followed by the number of pregnancy losses and lastly, and so important!-- the number of living children.
