Can a misdemeanor warrant issued in Florida be used in North Carolina?

The warrant could be used but is very doubtful no one will want to pay for transportation nor will the other states jail want to hold something that is obviously not there problem basically stay about 6 county's away not even leaving the state is needed iv heard of cases of even felony 5's not being taken fromFlorida to Ohio

i might add. i currently have a m1 for drug abuse. i moved from Ohio to Tennessee a cop ran my name because my cousin was caught with a methlab and i was staying in the back room and they asked me about my warrant and pretty much told me to have a nice day Fresh start but some states do take Ur license you will be needed to switch it over to the new states id ASAP to cancel out there jurisdiction's

I told my probation officer to go @#$% him self and that i was moving to Tennessee AND THEY STILL DIDN'T BRING ME BACK ITS been about a year now
