Could Prince William marry a black woman?

There are laws that say who the royal dukes and princes can marry, and the most significant is that they cannot marry a roman catholic (or rather, if they do, they will lose their place in the line of succession).

There is no law against marrying someone of a different nationality or race, but permission from the queen must be granted.
