Perhaps try,

WOMAN'S LOVE POEM

Before I lay me down to sleep,

I pray for a man, who's not a creep.

One who's handsome, smart and strong.

One who loves to listen long.

One who thinks before he speaks.

One who'll call, not wait for weeks.

I pray he's gainfully employed.

When I spend cash, won't be annoyed.

Pulls out my chair and opens my door.

Massages my back and begs to do more.

Oh! Send me a man who'll make love to my mind.

Knows what to answer to "how big is my behind?"

I pray that this man will love me to no end,

And always be my very best friend.

MAN'S LOVE POEM

I pray for a deaf-mute nymphomaniac with

huge boobs who owns a bar on a golf course,

and loves to send me fishing and hunting. This

doesn't rhyme and I don't give a s*&(.

Limericks could be another example :

There was a young man of Peru

Who dreamt he was eating his shoe

He woke up at night in a terrible fright

And found it was perfectly true.

Also see Shakespeare's sonnets, such as Sonnet CXLI:

In faith I do not love thee with mine eyes, For they in thee a thousand errors note; But 'tis my heart that loves what they despise, Who, in despite of view, is pleased to dote. Nor are mine ears with thy tongue's tune delighted; Nor tender feeling, to base touches prone, Nor taste, nor smell, desire to be invited To any sensual feast with thee alone: But my five wits nor my five senses can Dissuade one foolish heart from serving thee, Who leaves unsway'd the likeness of a man, Thy proud heart's slave and vassal wretch to be: Only my plague thus far I count my gain, That she that makes me sin awards me pain.
