Why doesn't Mr HEendrick put tony Urey Sr back with dale Jr so far Jr hasn't done a lot with anyone it's time for a change?

Because Junior's problems are him, not his crew chiefs. He has gone through some six crew chiefs in his Winston Cup career and has continued to fail to click with anyone. His success ended when other teams finally caught on to underside aerodynamic work done on his cars by Louis Duncan; since the 2004 season Junior has been mostly irrelevent to the series.
