does it matter, i had to get my old dish off roof after 3 weeks promise, dvr promise was far fr dish capability, call was offer $100 off afer 57 minutes of holding on the phone, direct is going to make it they better reqinfigure asap, so it camedown to me having to settle to pay $200 for additional reciever, I asked how much to buy out of my contract $380.00-$390.00< I said lets do it, lets cut ties we ar are no longer productive, lady says you would rather pay 390 instead of 200 for new reciever, and i said oh yeah I dont want to be bbe a dick but with what i went through paid $500 f/t
