How old to drive pocket rocket on street?

If it is 50cc or under, you can get a moped license at age 14 . If it is above 50cc, you need a motorcycle license and you need to be sixteen. Also, if it doesn't have licence plates, turn signals, headlamps, and break lights, you cannot take it on the street at all.
