How do you get to bills secret garden in Pokemon fire red?

You have to be far enough to where you have beaten the elite four and you'd have to have given the ruby and sapphire to Celio to get there. Then (I don't necessarily know if this is true or not, but if it is) go to a certain girl, I forget where she is though. She will say something like" Did you know there's a guy who has a ticket to Bill's garden" press A and she will say "I wonder if he wants to sell it." After she's said that, make sure you have at least $100,000, if you want to enter it, but if you don't, just don't worry about it then. Go(or fly at this point, if you want) to the Mt. Moon Pokemon Center. Go inside, and go to the top left hand corner. You'll see a guy. Talk to him. He will ask you if you want his ticket, if you want it, pay him $100,000 and he will give you the ticket. Go to Bill's house. Go inside and talk to Bill. He will then tell you to exit the house, don't take it personally, he's just pointing you to the garden. Exit, and you'll now be in Bill's Secret Garden. You can go anywhere you'd like because there's nothing that you won't want in there. There's a Mew, the legendary dogs, you name it, it's in there, besides the weak ones, only legendaries are in there.
