What is the relevance of strategic planning in project management?

Stratagy is a key action pint of all project management. Timelines for actions to be undertaken, reviews on a regular basis across each timeline will be set. Using the plan will form a pathway through the project to allow for checks the project is up to speed, is of a qualifty that it will not have to revisit the action area to fix isses later on unless this has been planned in. It will also give PM (Project Manager) opportunity to bring in all partners involved, arrange for their work to be in place ready for the next stage i.e. Tell the roof company to bring to site all materials as the walls are now stable and ready for that part to be done. It will give avance notice of lead times for things to be do in readiness for the next stage of work.
