Is a wobble board good for stroke rehab?

A wobble board would be very good for stroke rehab, as long as the patient is supervised, because the board would help the brain rewire and connect to the nerves it would need to balance, control, and feel the board itself, thus speeding healing, and making the patient happy, because those things are fun!
