The two countries in Asia that have territory in the Southern Hemisphere, below the equator, are Indonesia and East Timor (Timor-Leste). Indonesia is an archipelago that straddles the equator, with many of its islands extending into the Southern Hemisphere. East Timor is located on the eastern half of the island of Timor, south of the equator.
