In hindsight we know Lucius' future. Which emperor will enact a reign of terror on Rome in Lucius' adult life?

Lucius Verus was co-emperor with Marcus Aurelius after Hadrian's death, and died before Aurelius. The problem came later after Verus died and Commodus, who was named by Aurelius as his successor three years before Lucius' death, however Commodus was well behaved at that stage.
