How do you calculate the percentage biomass passed on from 1 from producers to primary consumers 2 from primary to secondary consumers 3 from secondary consumers to carnivores?

e.g. ORGANISM BIOMASS

Grass 1000

Herbivores 300

Small Carnivores 28

Large Carnivores 6

1) from producer to primary = (300/1000)x100

2) from primary to secondary = (28/300)x100

3) from secondary to carnivores = (6/28)x100
