1. Hi, d bachhar here well , Engineers basic responsibility is to invent new gadgets or try building the improved version of the old model machines which would be more competitive in the market in order to beat there fellow brands.

Engineers also maintain there brand products performance in terms of spare parts availability and its workable capacity wear and tear complains from customers.

Engineers are the back bone of company they are the one who decides the products performance, capacity, life , construction pattern and materials need to build one which ultimately , may reduce or increase the products price level difference. perhaps, taken care by the marketing guys.

Therefore, if you see from the point of respect, an companies shame lies in the hands of engineers i.e,, if the product promises its wear and tear in the advertisement as life long and if its services are not up to the mark then .....wooo gone case customer will switch to its competitors brand.
