You must not make him/her feel that you are removing his/her shyness.You simply make her feel the pleasure and comfort of physical contact,i.e. first by holding the one's hand & then very very slight rubbing & should make one aroused to the extent that the one will forget his/her shyness.Also take the help from any sex-book if required.
