How to use Vortex yo-yo with a fixed axle if it isn't spinning?

You need to let your yo-yo dangle and spin it counter clockwise. Then it should split open and remove the hitch by getting one peice of string going around it two times. Now your yo-yo should be able to spin. Good luck.
