If the person wears a diaper because he or she is incontinent, they may need to keep the diaper under them while having intercourse. If it is a woman, she may urinate during intercourse. Either sex, if bowel incontinent, could possibly defecate (poop) during intercourse. Try not to make a big deal of it, he or she can't help it.
