Joseph Vincent "Jay" Paterno II is following in his father's footsteps as quarterbacks coach for Penn State. Daughter Mary Kay married Chris Hort. David Paterno is a financial planner in State College. The youngest, Scott, is a lawyer, who won the republican nomination for the U.S. House of Representatives Pennsylvania 17th district in 2004.
