What the meaning of God understand our prayers even when we can't find the words to say them?

The scriptures reveal to us, that we do not know who to pray as we ought, that the Holy Spirit makes interession for us with much groaning and Jesus who knows the mind of the Spirit makes intercession to the Father. This is why we should always pray in the name of Christ. Further the scriptures tell us that HE knows out thoughts afar off that nothing is hid from HIM.
