How do you gain custody of a cousin who is being abused at home?

im sorry to hear that that is happening in your life so if u want custody you must go to court and sign some papers. sorry if this doesnt help you. but mainly you go to court. Very sorry to hear that, you should talk to a police officer that can get you through to the court or at least give you a phone # or an adress, that is if you're trying to do it on your own if you have someone with you then perhaps they can help. You could also search online about it. I feel you my cousin got hit by his father when he would get in trouble, i was with him when it happened once, i was so furious of what was happennig that i walked up to his dad with a wooden sWord that my cousin and i were playing with and hit his dad straight in the face while saying stop it. He never abused my cousin again.(don't do that though i was only 12 when this happened)
