What could be the problem that is making the ABS pump on your 2004 Dodge 2500 Diesel run continuously even when the engine is off?

It,s the ABS electronic control module,(bolted on top of the abs pump; 4 torx-head screws). Fixed my 2003 2500 4x4 w/cummins.
