How do you describe someone's people skills?

"People skills" is slang for the ability to get along with other people and communicate effectively. Some people skills would include friendliness, open-mindedness, charisma, and public speaking ability.

You'd describe them by stating what that person does that would be considered a people skill. For example, "John is good at making new friends" or "Sarah communicates easily with many different types of people."
