How do you keep your front wheel on your scooter to stop turning off axis. I tried tightening the clamp but it keeps slowly loosening?

need to get a slit on the botom part of your handlebars on your scooter and if you aleady have a slit, then take it to the shop and get a bigger slit and push your clamp all the way down.
