What movie is Santa Claus on trial?

Iy wasn"t a movie, it was a one-shot Tv production. S. Claus is arrested and confined in the big house. the prisoners come out with a song- Don't put Santa in Prison, Don"t put Santa in Jail ! If you have to put Santa in Prison, please let him out on bail! So much for the captive Santa Claus. I seem to recall he had some dangerous ray guns ( real) in his pack and was busted for weapons laws violations! this was on TV in the late sixties or early seventies.
