What is the price for Cullen house in twilight?

Do you mean figuratively or literally? As in, an educated guess pertaining to the house in the novel, or the actual price of the house used for the movie? Because my guess for either would be climbing into the cool millions, particularly because there are no outside walls - it's all Windows. I imagine that ups the price some, not to mention their fantastically huge garage.
