How do you get the black puffle with the blue helmet?

Well, i guess you have to get some special kind of thing like a game i am sure it has some thing with a game or some thing try the ice game up in the lobby in the coffee shop! If that doesn't work try some other games if you know how there are secrets in the catalog of clothes try that in both puffle catalogs.
