Do Muslim people see Allah in their dreams?

It depends on the Muslim and the dream, but God will appear in Muslims' dreams on occasion, just as Christians sometimes see God in their dreams. The difference is that the Islamic conception is completely non-corporeal, so it usually comes as a wind or calligraphy and a voice, but not an old, bearded man.
