What are the symptoms of a heroin drug user?

I was throwing up for about 8 hours. I would throw up everytime I walked basically. pinpoint pupils, I couldn't stay awake, nodding off constantly. I never knew where I was because i was nodding off so often, that i coudnt tell the difference between my dreams and reality. every time i fell asleep i would be awakened by a thud, or a electric feeling-almost as if my heart would stop and come back to life.
